A leading facility management company in Oakville is seeking a General Repair Technician III to operate and maintain building systems. The role includes performing preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems to ensure facility uptime. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a Building Operator Certification. This position offers opportunities for development and emphasizes safety and compliance with environmental standards.
Qualificações
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Sound knowledge of processes and practices relating to facility operations.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
Responsabilidades
- Perform inspections and maintenance on building equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage work order life cycle with the Central Work Order Management Team.
