En tant qu’électromécanicien(ne), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’entretien et l’amélioration des systèmes mécaniques, électriques et automatisés de notre installation. Vous travaillerez directement avec l’équipement de production, résoudrez des problèmes et contribuerez à une exploitation sécuritaire et efficace. C’est une excellente opportunité pour une personne qui aime résoudre des problèmes, travailler de ses mains et faire partie d’une équipe qui nourrit les communautés à travers le Canada.

• Doit être légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada
• Doit avoir 18 ans ou plus
• D.E.P. en électromécanique ou en mécanique industrielle (ou équivalent québécois)
• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier
• À l’aise avec les tâches physiques : soulever (jusqu’à 50 lb), grimper, s’agenouiller, rester debout pendant de longues périodes
• Capacité à travailler en hauteur et flexibilité pour faire des heures supplémentaires, les fins de semaine ou les jours fériés avec préavis
• Connaissances de base en informatique pour la documentation de maintenance

• Effectuer la maintenance préventive et répondre aux problèmes d’équipement pour assurer la continuité de la production
• Diagnostiquer, réparer et optimiser les systèmes mécaniques et électriques
• Soutenir le démarrage de la production le matin et s’assurer que l’équipement est prêt
• Réaliser des tâches de fabrication, de soudure et de modification au besoin
• Participer aux projets d’amélioration et de mise à niveau des équipements
• Maintenir un atelier et un environnement d’usine propres et organisés
• Respecter les normes de sécurité alimentaire et de sécurité au travail

• Certificat de raccordement d’équipement
• Expérience en soudure T.I.G.
• Familiarité avec les équipements d’étiquetage (Bizerba) et d’emballage (Omori, Ulma)
• Connaissance des normes HACCP et de l’industrie alimentaire
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe
• Autonomie et approche axée sur la sécurité

As anElectromechanic,you’llbe a key player inmaintainingand improving the mechanical, electrical, and automated systems that power our facility.You’llwork hands-on with production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a safe, efficient operation. • Must be currently legal to work in Canada
• Must be 18 years or older
• D.E.P. in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics (or Quebec equivalent)
• Minimum2 years of experiencein an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Comfortable with physical tasks: lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, kneeling, standing for long periods
• Ability to work at heights and flexible to work overtime, weekends, or holidays with notice
• Basicsoftware knowledgefor maintenance documentation

• Performpreventive maintenanceand respond to equipment issues to keep production on track
• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimizemechanical and electrical systems
• Supportmorning production startupand ensure equipment is ready to go
• Carry outfabrication, welding, and modificationtasks as needed
• Participate inequipment upgrades and improvement projects
• Maintain a clean and organizedworkshop and plant environment
• Followfood safety and workplace safety standards

• Certificate in equipment connection
• Experience withT.I.G. welding
• Familiarity withlabeling (Bizerba)andpackaging equipment (Omori, Ulma)
• Knowledge ofHACCPand food industry standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-starter with a safety-first mindset
