We are a busy clinic with a great reputation. We offer extensive mentorship, especially for those new in the field, helping you achieve clinical excellence in pelvic health and supporting you through challenges.
For experienced practitioners, we offer support in niching your practice, service development, and opportunities for mentorship and teaching roles.
Our culture is no-ego, emphasizing collective growth and learning. We hold weekly in-services with in-house or external facilitators, and bi-weekly 1:1 support and mentorship sessions.
All practitioners are on a commissioned employee contract.
New grads or those new to pelvic health physiotherapy with minimal experience, who effectively manage their caseload, can expect to earn $80k-100k in the first year. Our mentorship facilitates rapid progression on the compensation ladder. Earnings increase with experience, starting at a higher rate for seasoned candidates.
Full-time positions will open in October/November 2024 as we move into our new clinic space. Part-time roles may be available sooner for the right candidate, with scope for earlier start dates.
