Main Accountabilities
  • Provide analysis of proposals and make recommendations.
  • Engage in business communication and support tactical negotiations with suppliers.
  • Price adjustment verification; provide updates on market conditions and complete cost models.
  • Perform administrative duties relating to contract management as assigned, which may include management of pricing, data entry, vendor meetings, etc.
  • Maintain and correct errors in our data management system.
  • Perform analysis of procurement data for generation of reports to support management in decision making and measuring department performance.
  • Perform routine purchasing functions under the direction of the Supply and Contracts Manager.
  • Assist in the administration of consulting and service contracts under the direction of the Contracts Manager.
  • Identify opportunities of non-compliance and/or new projects.
  • Attend all meetings as required, take notes, and follow up (action plans, if applicable).
  • Support Data Management for the team by developing and supporting proper filing system in Share Point.

Other duties as assigned.
