ROLE OVERVIEW

We are partnering with our client in search of a Project Manager who will embrace a methodical, creative, and organized approach in managing the various projects for the organization.

POSITION FOCUS

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

1. Full cycle planning and management of retail projects.
2. Supporting Design and Engineering with developing unique options.
3. Proactive communication with all stakeholders.
4. Meticulous documentation and information management through systems.
5. Logistics, installation, and delivery ensuring exceeded expectations.
6. Follow-up communication and service support to promote accelerated success.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architecture Millwork, Materials, Engineering, Interior Design or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management for custom manufacturing in millwork, retail, store fixture and/or custom office furniture sectors.
3. Technology including use of systems, software including design, ERP and manufacturing programs such as Inventor, Rhino, etc.
4. Driven with an unprecedented level of initiative and customer focus.
5. Highly organized with an affection for detail.
6. Genuine, caring, and a team player interested in success for all stakeholders.
7. Exhibits a highly effective communication style with tremendous compassion.
8. Agile, flexible, and manages change through the lens of opportunity.
