Who We Need

Reporting to the VP People and Culture, we are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. You will be the primary on‑site contact, maintaining a welcoming environment where employees and guests feel supported from the moment they arrive. You will keep daily office operations running smoothly, greet visitors and team members, and assist wherever help is needed. You will support HR with new‑hire onboarding and team events, and provide administrative assistance to the CEO and senior leaders as required.

This is a full‑time position working Monday to Thursday onsite in our downtown Toronto office.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Support employee experience. You will collaborate with Human Resources to support onboarding and offboarding logistics, such as workspace setup, welcome kits, and first‑day readiness. You will help execute internal meetings, celebrations, and events by coordinating vendors and onsite logistics.
  • Execute administrative duties. You will support the CEO and senior leaders by providing scheduling assistance, travel coordination, off‑site logistics, and meeting preparation.
