We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Fortify. As a Massage Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in providing treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our patients. Skills and assets you’ll bring to Fortify:

1. Current registration and license to practice as a Registered Massage Therapist in Manitoba.
2. Degree or diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
3. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
4. Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Other “nice to have” skills:

1. Experience in developing and implementing self-care strategies for clients.
2. Familiarity with complementary therapies that enhance the effectiveness of massage therapy.
3. A background in trauma-informed care or experience working with diverse populations is highly valued.
