About the job

We’re looking for a strategic, curious, and collaborative Sr. Financial Manager GTM Finance. In this role, you’ll serve as the dedicated finance partner to North America Sales.

You’ll help drive financial rigor, unlock growth opportunities, and ensure we’re investing resources where they matter most. This role will lead forecasting, financial modeling, and decision support, while helping leaders across these teams understand performance and manage expenses effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted FP&A partner to the North America Sales organization
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for operating expenses (OpEx)
  • Develop and maintain models to assess sales productivity and GTM efficiency
  • Provide financial insights to guide investment decisions and drive resource allocation
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify growth opportunities, margin drivers, and increase cost efficiency
  • Build flexible financial models to support ad‑hoc analysis and scenario planning
  • Communicate complex financial information in clear, actionable ways to business partners

Required
  • 10+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data‑driven insights
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and problem‑solving across multiple teams
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle a plus
Location

This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in‑person meetings.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $141,520 – 176,900.
  • Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $149,840 – 187,300.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $166,400 – 208,000.
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
