Job summary
A healthcare firm is seeking a Neurologist Medical Director for a remote full-time position. Responsibilities include monitoring care appropriateness, training clinical teams on CMS guidelines, and improving clinical practices. The ideal candidate must be board-certified with a medical degree and have an unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state, preferably Washington.
Qualifications
- Board-certified clinician recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
- Board certified for at least 3 years.
- Active, valid, and unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state.
- Preferred State of Washington license or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular reviews to monitor care appropriateness.
- Assist in training and development of clinical teams.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in clinical practices.

Education
A company is looking for a Neurologist (ABPN) Medical Director (Remote / Full Time / M-F Days).
Conduct regular reviews to monitor the appropriateness of care provided to beneficiaries and recommend necessary interventions.
Assist in the training and development of clinical teams on CMS NCD / LCD guidelines and compliance.
Provide recommendations for improvements in clinical practices based on record reviews and data analysis.
Board-certified clinician with a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
Board certified for at least 3 years.
Active, valid, and unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state.
Preferred State of Washington license or willingness to obtain.
Experience in utilization management preferred.
