What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a versatile legal advisor across the employer's business units, addressing commercial, product, compliance, and corporate needs
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including customer, vendor, partnership, marketing, and technology contracts
• Provide guidance on financial technology law matters, privacy, intellectual property, and corporate governance

• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to implement regulatory requirements and update policies

What is Required (Qualifications)

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in at least one state bar
• 4‑7 years of legal experience, ideally with both law firm and in‑house practice
• Broad‑based legal experience with the ability to identify issues across commercial contracts, corporate, employment, and regulatory domains
• Strong judgment and business acumen to balance legal risk with business priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a practical, solution‑oriented approach
