What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive consensus on process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role with a proven track record in process improvements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools and business process management (BPM) software
