A community-focused charity in Toronto seeks an Early Childhood Assistant to provide compassionate care to children and families. The role involves ensuring safety, building relationships, and supporting inclusive child care programs. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, relevant experience, and certifications in First Aid and CPR. The position offers flexible hours with part-time and full-time opportunities across multiple locations.
Early Childhood Assistant – $40,950 / year, $21.00 / hour.
Multiple locations across the Greater Toronto Area – Durham, York, Scarborough, Toronto, Peel, Halton, Dufferin.
Supply: Candidates must have at least three days of availability to work weekly (Monday to Friday) from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Hours are not guaranteed and can be 0–37.5 hours weekly.
Part‑Time Hourly: Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday, between approximately 2:30 – 6:00 pm.
Split Shift Salaried: Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday, between approximately 7:00 – 9:00 am and 2:30 – 6:00 pm.
Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week with a Full‑Time benefit package.
