A Catholic School Board in Toronto is seeking a Sign Language Interpreter to facilitate communication between deaf and hard-of-hearing students and mainstream teachers. The role requires a 3-year diploma in ASL interpretation and a commitment to Catholic values. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits while working on-site at St Bruno/St Raymond Catholic School.
Salary Range: $2,400.30 – $2,905.00 biweekly ($51,606.45 - $62,457.50)

10-month contract. Seven (7) hours per day.
The primary function of this job is to act as the interpreter of communication between deaf and hard‑of‑hearing students and mainstream teachers and students; to provide direct and full access to the regular classroom (especially subject specialization) areas and to have access to all school services and to participate in extra‑curricular activities.
All applicants must be practicing Roman Catholics verified through a pastoral recommendation from a Roman Catholic Parish Priest.
