• Coordinate and manage air cargo shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, and clients to track shipments and resolve any delays or issues.
• Prepare shipping documents, including airway bills, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with international air freight regulations and company policies.
• Monitor cargo handling processes and ensure proper storage and transportation conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving freight-related concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain operations.
• Analyze shipment data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in troubleshooting logistical challenges and finding solutions for cargo discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and update databases with cargo movement details.

• Strong knowledge of air cargo and freight forwarding operations.
• Familiarity with IATA regulations, air waybills, and customs documentation.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client and vendor interactions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining efficiency and accountability.

• Understanding of international shipping and freight cost calculations.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in air cargo logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
• Prior experience with remote logistics operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and regulations.

• Flexible schedule with availability to manage cargo shipments across different time zones.
• May require occasional weekend or evening shifts based on cargo movement schedules.
