As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for discovering the pain points that our contractors experience when running their businesses. You will act as a consultant by educating them on our products and services and arming them with the tools they need to achieve their business goals. You will ensure every contractor receives a world class customer experience, and help set the groundwork for them to grow as a business.

What you\'ll get to do:

  • Connect with leads at various stages of the buying journey
  • Qualify and execute on thorough discoveries
  • Identify relevant pain points, needs and values
  • Conduct demos and utilize all training documents to suit each customer’s needs
  • Educate leads on all Roofr solutions, ensuring they receive the best value for their investment
  • Work independently, effectively prioritize and manage your time
  • Be a champion for all Roofr products and services
  • Drive revenue through customer acquisition
  • Maintain a clean CRM and updated pipeline at all times
  • Collaborate with engineering, partnerships, customer success, operations, and leadership to help build and maintain the product that our customers need

What you\'ll bring to the role:

  • 3+ years of inside/outside sales experience
  • You’ve sold SaaS technology using demos and related techniques
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota
  • A hunter mentality, going above and beyond to push high value leads to connect and convert
  • A deep understanding of the importance of thorough pipeline management
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills
  • Coachable and eager to learn demeanor
  • Enthusiasm for a fast paced and adaptable work environment
  • Experience in CRMs, Aircall, etc
  • A thoughtful and effective closing strategy

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with outbound sales (Prospecting, connecting, qualifying, closing)
  • Experience in SaaS, preferably high velocity, lower ARPU subscription sales
  • Experience working for an early stage, high velocity startup environment
  • You have construction or roofing sales experience!

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 CAD
  • Performance Variable: 45%
  • Equity
