Job summary
A consulting firm is seeking a UKG READY Payroll Functional Lead to oversee payroll implementations. This fully remote role requires experience in HCM systems, particularly UKG Ready, and a solid understanding of U.S. payroll compliance. Responsibilities include leading implementations, managing GL reporting, and ensuring payroll history accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready, with a focus on Payroll implementations.
- Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment.
- Solid understanding of U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific requirements and best practices.
- Strong functional experience with General Ledger and Payroll History.
Responsibilities
- Experience leading end to end UKG Ready Payroll implementations.
- Experience with GL creating and reporting.
- Experience with loading and balancing payroll history.
