Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief of Staff and Carbon Development team in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Track progress across multiple projects in project management software, ensuring tasks, milestones, and dependencies are up to date.
  • Maintain and update the company CRM to ensure accurate tracking of partner, client, and project information.
  • Prepare and circulate meeting notes, follow up on action items, and help ensure accountability across teams.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports summarizing project progress, metrics, and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies, sustainability, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, sustainability, or environmental management.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
