• Starting pay of $14/hour, plus a shift differential of an additional $1/hour for nights and weekends

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
• Minimum of 1 year of call center or office background experience
• Technical proficiency in toggling between multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors
• Strong phone communication skills with active listening abilities
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check in compliance with state and federal laws

• Previous experience handling PHI/HIPAA covered entities
• Experience working remotely from home
• Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
• Quick learner with the capability to work independently
