• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Active RN - Nurse Licensure Compact
• Certification as a Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP)
• Experience in academic or Trauma I settings
• Critical care clinical experience

• Experience with reviews across multiple service lines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with coding software and electronic health record systems
