• Prospect for new business and appoint new agents while exceeding growth and profit objectives
• Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
• Conduct agency diagnostics and develop strategic marketing plans to identify opportunities and challenges
• Provide support and training to agents on Travelers\' products, services, and systems

• Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
• Five years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of agency diagnostics and the ability to assess agency operations
• Advanced relationship management and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to exercise decisive judgment

• Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
• Advanced ability to influence sales and advise agents
• Intermediate technical savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proven resilience in achieving outcomes with minimal direction
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
