ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As a VBDC sales agent, you are the first contact of web customers who have shown interest in a new or used vehicle. Your goal is to understand their needs and convince them to visit the dealership.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving and exceeding the VBDC’s objectives regarding customer service standards, sales targets, call duration, and other goals.
  • Demonstrating professionalism at all times: on the phone and in emails.
  • Performing other duties assigned by your supervisor.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to produce engaging, thoughtful, and relevant content for press releases and bylines.
  • Bilingualism (English and French).
  • Sense of initiative, adaptability, meticulousness, and good judgment.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align teams toward common goals.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Compensation Notes: This role is commission-based with a minimum of $4,000/month.
