A leading global motor manufacturer located in Canada is seeking a result-driven National Sales Manager to lead its sales team. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing a regional team, and developing strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of sales experience, particularly in motor-related industries, and a strong understanding of market trends. Bilingual skills in French and English are preferred.

Reporting to VP of Sales, we’re looking for a result-driven National Sales Manager to lead Canada sales team by developing strategic sales plans, managing the regional team, and building strong client relationship to achieve sales targets and market expansion. Also, will be responsible for developing the team, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, providing forecast and analyzing data.
