The role requires strong project management and technical skills to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience, including system integration and data migration expertise. We are seeking a Professional Services Senior Specialist to lead complex customer onboarding initiatives. This role is key to ensuring our customers experience a seamless transition from sale to solution delivery. You will bring deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive successful implementations and customer adoption and satisfaction.
As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor professional services specialists, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs with product capabilities.
