In this role you will support the hotel by:Coordinate seating and flipping tablesUnderstand the Server and Busperson’s tasks in the outlet and provide assistance as requiredUnderstand shift end reports in the outlet and the POS systemEscort guests to their tablesOrganize reservations on a daily basis using Open Table reservation systemHave knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsQualificationsYour qualifications and skills required:Previous guest facing customer service experience required in the last 3 yearsFood and beverage or retail experience.Pro Serve certificate requiredPrevious Point of Sale System experience an assetOpen Table experience an assetAdditional InformationVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
