Youll be the driving force behind our hiring efforts partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams that power our innovation.

Whether youre optimizing onboarding launching culture-building initiatives or advising on policy youll help shape a workplace where people do their best work.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (60%)
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage job postings candidate screening interviews and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing.
HR Operations (20%)
  • Administer onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
Employee Relations & Engagement (20%)
  • Working with HRBP to support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Assist with the company newsletter and townhall document creation.
  • Work closely with Finance Operations and Senior Leadership to ensure alignment between people strategy and business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
  • 35 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in tech recruiting.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian and US employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Compensation package
  • $65000 - $80000 CAD per year
