Our Pick-Up Counter Sales Associate ensures our customers receive prompt and efficient service when collecting their pre-ordered products. They deliver exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers picking up their orders. What you will do:

• Greet and assist customers picking up their pre-ordered products in a professional and friendly manner
• Verify orders for accuracy, ensuring all items are available as scheduled
• Provide prompt product knowledge and information as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email
• Pick and stage customer orders for a smooth pick-up process
• Maintain an organized and efficient pick-up counter area
• Assist in processing returns and exchanges when necessary
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to ensure order accuracy and efficiency
• Offer additional assistance in the warehouse if required

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or order fulfillment within a wholesale or distribution setting
• Retail experience is an asset
• Warehouse and forklift experience is an asset
• Local market knowledge of HVAC and plumbing products is a plus
• General computer skills including Microsoft Office required; experience with AS400 is an asset
• Must have exceptional customer service and professional communication skills
