As Director of Product Merchandising, you will define what Cozey brings to the world by shaping the assortment, trends, and categories that make our brand distinctive. Reporting to Evan Clabots, VP of Product Development and Innovation, you will set the creative and commercial direction for our collections while working hand in hand with Design, Product Development, and Marketing.

This role calls for a leader with sharp instincts and a deep passion for product. You know how to translate trends into timeless collections, and you understand the balance between creative vision and commercial success. Your work will ensure Cozey’s assortment not only reflects our design values but also inspires customers and strengthens our position as a global brand.

• Lead Cozey’s assortment strategy — balancing proven heroes with fresh, trend-driven launches.
• Identify what’s in, what’s next, and what will sell — shaping our collections through taste, intuition, and insight.
• Partner with Design and Product Development to align materials, finishes, and stories across categories.
• Guide expansion into new home categories that strengthen our brand and customer connection.
• Mentor and inspire a talented merchandising team passionate about design and growth.

• 7–10+ years of merchandising experience in furniture, home, or lifestyle, ideally in modern e-commerce or DTC brands.
• A sharp eye for trends, materials, and aesthetics — you know great product when you see it.
• Proven ability to turn creative vision into commercially successful assortments.
