Job summary

A leading facility management provider in Ottawa is seeking a Senior Drawing & Occupancy Technologist to coordinate the execution of drawing and occupancy services. You will oversee the team responsible for delivering these services and ensure accuracy in operations. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in a relevant field and demonstrate strong CAD skills, particularly in AutoCAD 2016. This position offers an opportunity to lead projects and foster team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is a College Diploma in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to work with CAD drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2016.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute delivery of Drawing and occupancy services.
• Directly oversee Drawing and Occupancy team.
• Provide reports and analysis using Drawing & Occupancy modules.
