We’re looking for a versatile and forward-thinking Full Stack Developer to join our POC & Prototyping Team —a lean, high-impact group focused on rapid experimentation and early-stage product development. This team serves as a proving ground for new ideas, responsible for developing prototypes, POCs, and MVPs that may evolve into the next wave of enterprise-grade solutions. About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile and forward-thinking Full Stack Developer to join our POC & Prototyping Team —a lean, high-impact group focused on rapid experimentation and early-stage product development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack MVPs and prototypes using Java and Spring.
• Create clean, modular, and testable code, even for short-lived experiments.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to turn ideas into working software.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Support the transition of successful prototypes into production-ready implementations.

Qualifications

• Solid experience developing and deploying enterprise-grade Java / Spring applications.
• Track record of independently delivering working prototypes or MVPs with tight timelines.
• Experience building or integrating with complex systems (e.g. payment gateways, ERP, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and an agile mindset.
• Comfortable with rapid iteration and working in environments with shifting priorities.

Required Skills

• Frontend : React, Angular, or Vue (TypeScript, TailwindCSS a plus)

Preferred Skills

• Experience scaling MVPs into production-ready systems.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, or messaging systems (e.g. Kafka).
• Familiarity with containerization and modern DevOps practices.

Pay range and compensation package

120,000 - $140,000
