A fast-growing tech company is looking for a Head of Ops to drive revenue operations and support aggressive growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling SaaS businesses, owning revenue engines, and improving forecasting accuracy. Responsibilities include managing sales, customer success, and RevOps teams, with a focus on making revenue predictable amidst rapid growth.
