A leading HR technology provider is seeking an Implementation Manager to help clients drive adoption of their product suite. This role involves working closely with clients to tailor solutions to their business objectives and ensuring a smooth implementation process. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in Implementation or Customer Experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. The position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and emphasizes in-office collaboration.

- Partner with clients to develop custom implementation plans.
- Manage the implementation process end-to-end.
- Drive adoption of purchased products and provide bespoke guidance.
