Job summary
A seafood processing company in Little River, Nova Scotia, is seeking individuals for fish processing roles. Responsibilities include cutting, cleaning, and trimming fish. This position is permanent with full-time hours and does not require a formal education. Applicants will be trained, and teamwork is essential. The position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to handle heavy loads and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities
- Cut, clean and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing.
- Inspect fish fillets to determine the optimal number and size of fillets.
- Disjoint and remove meat from lobsters or other crustaceans preparatory to canning.
