We're looking for high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training and nail the execution at our studio.

• Have a growth mindset and want to be part of a high performing and understanding team
• Are positive, don't take things too seriously, but are still professional and value personal connections
• Are up for a challenge, thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, and enjoy meeting lots of people to keep our members happy

• Coaching and motivating members during workouts
• Conducting goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Correcting exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promoting and selling F45 services, assisting in membership growth and retention
• Demonstrating exercises with proper form and providing regressions and progressions
• Setting up, breaking down, cleaning, and storing equipment

• Experience in an F45 environment preferred
• Group training experience or potential to excel
• Minimum 1-year experience as a personal trainer
• Availability on weekends
• Strong character, communication skills, energetic, attentive
• Knowledge of functional movement, HIIT, heart rate training, and related science
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, comfortable with public speaking
• Active social media usage (Instagram, Facebook)
• Ability to stay on feet and move constantly during workouts

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
• Current CPR / First Aid / AED certification
• Group training certification

Compensation: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
