Salary Range: $192,000–$216,000 base + equity + benefits

As a Senior Oracle Technical BSA, you’ll support Discord’s growth by optimizing and scaling the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform—especially across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), and Revenue Automation processes. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, Procurement, and IT to improve automation, compliance, and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on role requiring deep Oracle ERP technical and functional expertise, a strong understanding of accounting and compliance (especially SOX and ASC 606), and experience with revenue recognition systems.

• ERP Optimization: Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion ERP, focusing on GL, AP, AR, Procurement, RMCS, and Q2C/P2P workflows.
• Business Collaboration: Work closely with teams (Finance, Sales Ops, Procurement) to understand needs and develop scalable solutions.
• Revenue Automation: Design and support automated revenue recognition processes using RMCS, Zuora Revenue, or similar tools.
• Compliance: Support SOX compliance, help maintain ITGCs, and document internal controls.
• Technical Execution: Build reports, manage integrations (OIC), use Oracle tools (SQL, OTBI, FBDI), and assist in financial close reporting.
• End-User Support: Provide issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and ongoing improvements.
• Partner Management: Collaborate with external Oracle consultants and support teams to resolve escalations.

• 7+ years in Oracle ERP or business systems roles, with deep Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP expertise.
• Fluent in P2P and Q2C cycles and cross-functional finance workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Revenue Automation tools like RMCS, Zuora, or custom solutions.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and ASC 606.
• Experience supporting SOX and maintaining IT General Controls.
• Technical skills in SQL, OTBI, FBDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Bonus: Experience with Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
