A leading financial services company in Ontario is seeking a Data Governance Reporting Analyst to support development and reporting of data governance metrics and compliance activities. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in data governance and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include maintaining data quality dashboards and collaborating with teams to ensure standards are met. This role offers a salary range of $80,000 - $128,000, with hybrid working options available.

As a Data Governance Reporting Analyst at Sun Life, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the development, maintenance, and reporting of enterprise data governance metrics, controls, and compliance activities. You'll align these efforts with regulatory requirements and risk reporting mandates, including OSFI Guidelines E-21 (Operational Resilience) and E-23 (Model Risk Management). This position is within the Enterprise Data Governance Office, under the direction of the AVP, EDGO.
Relevant certifications such as DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP) are considered assets.
As a condition of the role, the successful candidate must obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance through Sun Life.
Salary Range: 80,000/80 000 - 128,000/128 000
