Job summary

Infotek Consulting Inc. seeks a seasoned Zuora Administrator for a fixed-term leave coverage role in Toronto.

The candidate will take over day-to-day Zuora administration, support billing and month-end activities, and troubleshoot production issues with minimal supervision. The role requires hands-on Zuora Billing experience and working knowledge of Zuora Revenue, plus strong collaboration with Finance and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced subscription environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for production issues and month-end activities.
• Experience supporting Billing, Revenue, and related finance processes in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Zuora Billing runs, invoices, and exceptions.
• Configure and maintain Zuora catalogs, rate plans, charges, and templates.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and revenue data quality.
• Troubleshoot Zuora Revenue issues including allocations and recognition.
• Investigate integration issues across Salesforce/CPQ, Zuora, and finance systems.
• Ensure proper change management, testing, and documentation.
