Job summary

Vaco is seeking a Billing Specialist for a contract-friendly role in the Greater Toronto Area. You will process invoices, subscriptions, refunds, and billing adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.

You will reconcile customer accounts, respond to billing inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to support reporting and process improvements using NetSuite, Zuora SuiteBilling, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing or accounts receivable; SaaS billing experience required.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Zuora SuiteBilling, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Salesforce and FloQast experience are assets.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Pay Range

$30 - $35 / hour

This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Vaco/Highspring’s client.

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.

• The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
