Job summary

Flexstaf IT seeks a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Lifecycle) in a hybrid Toronto setting.

You will drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash initiatives, define integration strategies with SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, and other systems, and mentor delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management.
• Deep understanding of Q2C, C2C, and Revenue Lifecycle Management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

Job description

Job Description: Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect responsible for designing and leading enterprise-scale Revenue Cloud solutions supporting Quote-to-Cash, Contract-to-Cash, Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Lifecycle processes.
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)
Contract Duration: 6-12 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions supporting end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Define architecture for:
  • Salesforce CPQ
  • Billing
  • Subscription Management
  • Revenue Lifecycle Management
• Design product catalogs, pricing strategies, discounting frameworks, approval workflows, and billing models.
• Lead technical governance, architecture reviews, and solution design decisions.
• Define integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, including ERP, Finance, Billing, Tax, and Payment systems.
• Ensure Revenue Cloud implementations are scalable, secure, compliant, and high performing.
• Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams.
• Establish implementation standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical leaders to define solution roadmaps.
• Drive enterprise transformation initiatives supporting recurring revenue and subscription-based business models.

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce platform configuration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
• Salesforce Architect Certifications.
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based, and recurring revenue business models.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience defining enterprise integration and governance standards.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
