Impact Applications Inc. is seeking a meticulous Zoho Bookkeeper to manage AR, AP, and Grant Reporting.

You will keep our financial records accurate, enforce timely payments from clients, and ensure contractor bills are paid on schedule, while preparing grant-claim reports for funding deposits. Job description

Impact Applications is hiring a Zoho Bookkeeper, AR, AP, and Grant Reporter. You will keep our financial records and operations accurate and on time by collecting and enforcing payment from clients, ensuring our own bills and contractors are paid correctly and on schedule, and completing the claiming and reporting work that gets our clients their approved grant funding deposited into their bank accounts.

You will wear three hats: keeping our books airtight as our Bookkeeper, making sure money owed to and by us moves on time as our AR and AP, and completing the claiming and reporting work that gets approved grant funds into our clients' bank accounts as our Grant Reporter.

Required: 3+ years' bookkeeping or accounting experience including AR/AP, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation; 2+ years with Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics; strong Excel/Google Sheets; excellent written and oral English.
