Job summary

Valley Integration is seeking an accounting professional to support daily financial activities in an industrial, project-driven environment. The role covers data entry, reconciliations, AP/AR processing, and project cost tracking.

You will work with Zoho Books and QuickBooks, assist with payroll, tax compliance, and reporting, and support project job costing and billing while ensuring internal controls and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably in an engineering industry.
• Proficiency with Zoho Books or QuickBooks.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger with journal entries and month-end closing.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor and customer invoices.
• Support project job costing by tracking expenses, labour allocations, and budgets.
• Assist with payroll preparation, payroll documentation, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and internal controls.
