Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Mississauga is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial activities, including AR, AP, journal entries, and month-end close.

You will ensure invoice accuracy, process inter-company transactions, and produce mid-month and end-of-month reports, with a focus on accuracy and timely financial statements. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Sage are beneficial, and experience with US-based clients is a plus.
