Job summary

The Link: Youth and Family Supports in Manitoba is seeking a Team Leader to assist the Transition Services Supervisor in daily operations and program development. You will collaborate with staff, supervisors, and other programs to promote strengths-based, trauma-informed care for youth and families.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and Indigenous mindfulness is valued.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Cover the Transition Services Supervisor during absences and fulfill all supervising duties.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring Youth Care Practitioners.
• Schedule, coordinate, and train casual Youth Care Practitioners.
• Orientation for new staff and distribution of information to the team.
• Coordinate meetings and manage program supplies and budgets.
• Mentor Youth Care Practitioners and support professional development.
