Job summary

Autism Services in Regina is seeking a Justice Pathways Youth Case Worker to provide intensive case management and rehabilitation services to youth aged 12-17 referred through Youth Court or Probation Services. You will collaborate with justice partners, families, schools, and community agencies to develop individualized intervention plans that promote accountability, rehabilitation, and long-term success.

A degree in related field and 1-2 years of experience are required; valid Saskatchewan

Qualifications

• A Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Justice, Sociology, Indigenous Studies, or a related field.
• Three years of experience working with justice-involved or high-risk youth.
• Strong understanding of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
• Experience in intensive care management.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and restorative practices.
• Valid Saskatchewan driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check, and Child Abuse Registry Check.

Responsibilities

• The Justice Pathways Youth Case Worker provides intensive case management and rehabilitation services to youth aged 12-17 who have been referred through Youth Court or Probation Services.
• The Case Manager works collaboratively with justice partners, families, schools, and community agencies to develop individualized intervention plans that promote accountability, rehabilitation, and long-term success.
• The Youth Support Worker provides direct outreach, mentoring, advocacy, and practical support to youth participating in the Justice Pathways and Youth Development Initiative.
• Working alongside the Youth Case Manager, the Support Worker helps youth overcome barriers to participation while promoting positive relationships, community engagement, and successful completion of individualized goals.
