Rentco Equipment Ltd. in Grande Prairie is seeking a full-time Yard Hand/General Labourer to join our Grande Prairie Head Office team.

You will be responsible for preparing rental equipment for customers, testing gear, and guiding customers on operation, as well as loading/unloading equipment safely. You will also inspect returned equipment, keep the yard tidy and safe, and maintain records per Rentco procedures.

• Able to communicate in writing and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently preparing rental equipment for customers.
• Testing equipment and showing customers how to operate equipment as required.
• Overseeing the secure and accurate loading and unloading of equipment.
• Performing routine checks on rental equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working order using the rental tagging system.
• Inspecting returned equipment for damages and fuel and reporting immediately to counter.
• Ensuring that yard and shop is neat, organized, and safe by putting equipment in proper locations and ensuring that debris and snow is cleared.
• Preparing records of incoming, outgoing, or damaged equipment as required per Rentco procedures.
• Washing and fueling equipment.

We are currently hiring a full-time Yard Hand/General Labourer to join our Grande Prairie Head Office team.

As the Yard Hand/Labourer, you are responsible for:

• Accurately and efficiently preparing rental equipment for customers
• Testing equipment and showing customers how to operate equipment as required
