Pattison Agriculture Limited in Swan River, MB is seeking a Yard Attendant to keep the dealership yard organized and safe. You will work with heavy equipment, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure the appearance reflects the dealership's standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
• Power Mobile Equipment certification and/or Class 1A is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Keep yard organized and clean for a positive dealership image.
• Maintain facility, equipment, vehicles and yard tools.
• Load/unload machinery and agricultural equipment.
• Transfer equipment between locations.
• Complete paperwork and reporting as needed.
• Work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Build relationships with other departments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced heavy duty or agriculture equipment operator to play a vital role in the dealership’s efficient and profitable operations. Our Yard Attendants deliver exceptional service by organizing the yard and equipment to ensure they are a positive reflection of the dealership. Responsibilities

• Ensure the order, cleanliness, and tidy appearance of the dealership yard
• General upkeep of the facility, equipment, vehicles and yard tools
• Loading/unloading machinery and ag equipment
• Transfer equipment between stores
• Complete paperwork and reporting as needed
• Efficient use of time and independent work
• Build and maintain relationships with all departments

Requirements

• Ability to operate heavy duty equipment, lifts, and tools while ensuring safety rules and regulations are followed
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, weekends, holidays
• A valid drivers license is a requirement
• Power Mobile Equipment certification and/or Class 1A would be a definite asset
