Job summary

Pattison Agriculture Limited in Swan River, MB, is seeking a Wash Bay Attendant to support our fast-paced dealership. You’ll wash, detail, and maintain equipment, organize the wash bay, and ensure a neat, safe work area while collaborating with team members across departments.

The role emphasizes reliability, willingness to learn, and a strong attention to detail. Weekend and shift flexibility is required in a busy agricultural setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with wash bays or farming assets is an asset.
• Familiarity with John Deere products is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Wash and detail customer and company equipment.
• Maintain the wash bay facilities, equipment and tools.
• General upkeep and facility maintenance.
• Organize movement of equipment in/out of wash bay.
• Work in a neat, orderly fashion and keep the area tidy.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Wash and detail customer and company equipment to meet business needs
• Maintain the condition of facilities, equipment and tools related to the wash bay
• General upkeep and maintenance of facility
• Participate in organization of moving equipment in and out of wash bay
• Perform work in neat and orderly fashion keeping work area tidy
• Follow all safety rules and regulations

Requirements

• Ability to operate/use equipment such as a commercial pressure washer, battery charger, compressor, and miscellaneous hand tools
• A valid driver’s license
• Perform multiple duties as assigned and prioritize effectively
• Have a positive attitude & demonstrate a willingness to learn and succeed
• Farming background/experience an asset
• Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products would be considered an asset
• High School Diploma/equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
