Pattison Agriculture Limited in Swan River, MB is seeking a Sales Professional (Territory Manager) to grow our customer base across the region. You will represent our John Deere equipment line, build long-term relationships, and drive sales through effective service, demonstrations and proposals.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, a passion for agriculture and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Post-secondary education in Ag Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Passionate about agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company for the sale of equipment with existing and new customers.

• Identify unmet customer needs and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of agriculture equipment
• Strong time management, organizational, and computer skills
• 3+ years of previous sales experience
• Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
• Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
