Boundary Consumers Co-op Limited is hiring a Full-Time Yard Attendant/Driver for our Home Centre in Deloraine, Manitoba. This role involves yard operations, loading/unloading freight, and delivering member service with safety and teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work outdoors, and a commitment to cooperative values. Class 3 license is an asset; retail experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service with a positive, professional attitude toward customers.
• Assist in loading and unloading freight as needed.
• Be aware of surroundings in the yard, including drivers, people, animals, and items.
• Ensure safe transfer of material with proper cargo securement.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools in a safe, responsible manner.
• Maintain proper storage of materials.
• Keep the yard neat, clean and orderly with good housekeeping.
• Adhere to Boundary Consumers Co-op policies and participate in Health & Safety, including PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
