Job summary

Robertson Human Asset Management is seeking a Territory Manager for the Greater Toronto Area in a medical device environment. You will own territory sales, build relationships with healthcare facilities, and drive adoption of an innovative wound care portfolio.

The role offers significant autonomy, an entrepreneurial culture, and a compensation package including base salary with commissions and allowances. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical device sales and strong account management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical device sales experience in acute care facilities.
• Knowledge of wound care or surgical markets is an asset.
• Proven success in generating new business and developing customer relationships from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives.
• Build a strategic territory plan targeting high-potential healthcare facilities.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional decision-makers.
• Introduce customers to wound care solutions and drive product utilization.
• Expand existing business by identifying additional customer needs and opportunities for broader adoption.
• Collaborate with distributors and stakeholders to support territory growth.
