Job summary

SE Health is seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to support Total Rewards modules (Absence, Benefits, Compensation) during a 9-12 month contract. This role focuses on E2E HR transformation with emphasis on user adoption, training, and change management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday configuration experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical Workday solutions while supporting go-live and stabilization

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Workday Business Analyst experience in Total Rewards modules (Absence, Benefits, Compensation).
• Proven experience with Workday HCM implementations or major optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of Workday processes, eligibility rules, and calculated fields.
• Experience with Workday UAT, testing tools, and defect management.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and design processes with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive user adoption through training and change support.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Workday Absence, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Partner with Total Rewards stakeholders to design future-state Workday processes.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, process mapping, and design reviews.
• Support Workday configuration and calculated fields for Total Rewards.
• Lead UAT, testing, and defect triage for Total Rewards workstream.
• Develop Workday training materials and facilitate user training.
• Provide post-go-live support and process optimization.
• Design training for managers, employees, and HR professionals on new processes.
